The Updaters confess: „ … for all it‘s beauty, poetry and power, The Authorized Version of 1611 is, far more importantly, the inspired Word of God, which has been preserved in all its purity to this present day. Because the Word of God deserves all reverence, these updaters and publishers are acutely aware of the responsibility that we assume in this work. To be accurate and true to the text has been our fervent and prayerful endeavor.“
Though this Bible comes from the same „Deuel Enterprises“ as the »21st Century King James Version KJ21« of 1994, and the overall conception is very similar, there‘s no reference to this »KJ21« in the preface.
