This version of the psalms is based chiefly on the Liber Psalmorum cum Canticis Breviarii Romani, published by the Biblical Institute in Rome (Typis Polyglottis Vaticanis, 1945), and on the revised Latin text of the psalms as given in the new Liturgia Horarum in four volumes (Typis Polyglottis Vaticanis, 1972-1974).
