The Immersion of Yeshua
Matthew 3:13-17; Luke 3:21-22
9 And it came about in those days that Yeshua came from Nazareth of Galilee, and was immersed by John in the Jordan.
10 And immediately coming up out of the water, He saw the Heavens parting, and the Spirit like a dove descending upon Him;
11 and a voice came out of the Heavens, "You are My beloved Son, in You I am well-pleased."
The Temptation of Yeshua
Matthew 4:1-11; Luke 4:1-13
12 And immediately the Spirit drives Him out into the wilderness.
13 And He was in the wilderness forty days being tempted by Satan; and He was with the wild beasts, and the angels were ministering to Him.
The Word Became Flesh
1 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.
2 He was in the beginning with God.
3 All things were made through Him, and without Him was not anything made that was made.
4 In Him was life, and the life was the light of people.
3 And the light shines in the darkness, and the darkness did not comprehend it.
1 Corinthians 15:1-8
The Resurrection of Messiah
1 Now I make known to you, brothers and sisters, the gospel which I preached to you, which also you received, in which also you stand,
2 by which also you are saved, if you hold fast the word which I preached to you, unless you believed in vain.
3 For I delivered to you, first of all, what I also received, that Messiah died for our sins according to the Scriptures,
4 and that He was buried, and that He was raised on the third day according to the Scriptures,
5 and that He appeared to Cephas, then to the twelve.
6 Then He appeared to more than five hundred brothers and sisters at one time, most of whom remain until now, but some have fallen asleep;
7 then He appeared to James, then to all the apostles;
8 and last of all, as to one untimely born, He appeared to me also.
