Genesis 1:1-5

1In [the] beginning God created the heavens and the earth, 2and the earth was formless and void, and darkness [was] on the face of the deep, and the Spirit of God [was] fluttering on the face of the waters, 3and God says, “Let light be”; and light is. 4And God sees that the light [is] good, and God separates between the light and the darkness, 5and God calls the light “Day,” and the darkness He has called “Night”; and there is an evening, and there is a morning—day one.

Exodus 3:13-15

13And Moses says to God, “Behold, I am coming to the sons of Israel, and have said to them, The God of your fathers has sent me to you, and they have said to me, What [is] His Name? What do I say to them?” 14And God says to Moses, “I AM THAT WHICH I AM.” He also says, “Thus you say to the sons of Israel: I AM has sent me to you.” 15And God says again to Moses, “Thus you say to the sons of Israel: YHWH, God of your fathers, God of Abraham, God of Isaac, and God of Jacob, has sent me to you; this [is] My Name for all time, and this [is] My memorial, to generation [and] generation.

Psalm 23

1A PSALM OF DAVID. YHWH [is] my shepherd, I do not lack, 2He causes me to lie down in pastures of tender grass, || He leads me by quiet waters. 3He refreshes my soul, || He leads me in paths of righteousness || For His Name’s sake; 4Also—when I walk in a valley of death-shade, || I fear no evil, for You [are] with me, || Your rod and Your staff—they comfort me. 5You arrange a table before me, || In front of my adversaries, || You have anointed my head with oil, || My cup is full! 6Surely goodness and kindness pursue me || All the days of my life, || And my dwelling [is] in the house of YHWH, || For [the] length of [my] days!

Isaiah 61:1-4

1“[The] Spirit of Lord YHWH [is] on Me, || Because YHWH anointed Me || To proclaim tidings to the humble, || He sent Me to bind the broken of heart, || To proclaim liberty to the captives, || And an opening of bands to [those] bound. 2To proclaim the year of the favor of YHWH, || And the day of vengeance of our God, || To comfort all mourners. 3To appoint to mourners in Zion, || To give to them beauty instead of ashes, || The oil of joy instead of mourning, || A covering of praise for a faded spirit, || And He is calling to them, Trees of righteousness, || The planting of YHWH—to be beautified.” 4And they have built the ancient ruins, || They raise up the desolations of the ancients, || And they have renewed ruined cities, || The desolations of generation and generation.

Luke 1:26-35

26And in the sixth month the messenger Gabriel was sent by God, to a city of Galilee, the name of which [is] Nazareth, 27to a virgin, betrothed to a man, whose name [is] Joseph, of the house of David, and the name of the virgin [is] Mary. 28And the messenger having come in to her, said, “Greetings, favored one, the LORD [is] with you; blessed [are] you among women”; 29and she, having seen, was troubled at his word, and was reasoning of what kind this salutation may be. 30And the messenger said to her, “Do not fear, Mary, for you have found favor with God; 31and behold, you will conceive in the womb, and will bring forth a Son, and call His Name Jesus; 32He will be great, and He will be called Son of the Highest, and the LORD God will give Him the throne of His father David, 33and He will reign over the house of Jacob for all ages; and of His kingdom there will be no end.” 34And Mary said to the messenger, “How will this be, seeing I do not know a husband?” 35And the messenger answering said to her, “The Holy Spirit will come on you, and the power of the Highest will overshadow you, therefore also the holy-begotten thing will be called Son of God;

Luke 24:45-49

45Then He opened up their understanding to understand the Writings, 46and He said to them, “Thus it has been written, and thus it was necessary [for] the Christ to suffer, and to rise out of the dead [on] the third day, 47and conversion and forgiveness of sins is to be proclaimed in His Name to all the nations, beginning from Jerusalem: 48and you are witnesses of these things. 49And behold, I send the promise of My Father on you, but you—abide in the city of Jerusalem until you are clothed with power from on high.”

John 3:14-18

14And as Moses lifted up the serpent in the wilderness, so it is necessary for the Son of Man to be lifted up, 15that everyone who is believing in Him may not perish, but may have continuous life, 16for God so loved the world that He gave the only begotten Son, that everyone who is believing in Him may not perish, but may have continuous life. 17For God did not send His Son into the world that He may judge the world, but that the world may be saved through Him; 18he who is believing in Him is not judged, but he who is not believing has been judged already, because he has not believed in the Name of the only begotten Son of God.

John 14:1-7

1“Do not let your heart be troubled, believe in God, believe also in Me; 2in the house of My Father are many rooms; and if not, I would have told you; I go on to prepare a place for you; 3and if I go on and prepare a place for you, I come again, and will receive you to Myself, that where I am you also may be; 4and to where I go away you have known, and the way you have known.” 5Thomas says to Him, “Lord, we have not known to where You go away, and how are we able to know the way?” 6Jesus says to him, “I AM the way, and the truth, and the life, no one comes to the Father, if not through Me; 7if you had known Me, you would also have known My Father, and from this time you have known Him, and have seen Him.”

Acts 1:4-9

4And being assembled together with them, He commanded them not to depart from Jerusalem, but to wait for the promise of the Father, “Which you heard from Me; 5because John, indeed, immersed in water, but you will be immersed in the Holy Spirit not many days after these.” 6They, therefore, indeed, having come together, were questioning Him, saying, “Lord, do You at this time restore the kingdom to Israel?” 7And He said to them, “It is not yours to know times or seasons that the Father appointed in His own authority; 8but you will receive power at the coming of the Holy Spirit on you, and you will be witnesses for Me both in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the end of the earth.” 9And having said these things—they beholding—He was taken up, and a cloud received Him up from their sight;

Romans 10:8-15

8But what does it say? “The saying is near you—in your mouth, and in your heart”: that is, the saying of the faith that we preach; 9that if you may confess with your mouth that Jesus [is] LORD, and may believe in your heart that God raised Him out of the dead, you will be saved, 10for with the heart [one] believes to righteousness, and with the mouth is confession made to salvation; 11for the Writing says, “Everyone who is believing on Him will not be ashamed,” 12for there is no difference between Jew and Greek, for the same Lord of all [is] rich to all those calling on Him, 13for “Everyone who, if he may have called on the Name of the LORD, will be saved.” 14How then will they call on [Him] in whom they did not believe? And how will they believe [on Him] of whom they did not hear? And how will they hear apart from one preaching? 15And how will they preach, if they may not be sent? According as it has been written: “How beautiful the feet of those proclaiming good tidings of peace, of those proclaiming good tidings of the good things!”

1 Corinthians 15:1-11

1And I make known to you, brothers, the good news that I proclaimed to you, which you also received, in which you also have stood, 2through which you are also being saved, if you hold fast [to] the word—what I proclaimed as good news to you—unless you believed in vain. 3For I delivered to you as most important what I also received: that Christ died for our sins according to the Writings, 4and that He was buried, and that He has risen on the third day according to the Writings, 5and that He appeared to Cephas, then to the Twelve, 6afterward He appeared to above five hundred brothers at once, of whom the greater part remain until now, and some also fell asleep; 7afterward He appeared to James, then to all the apostles. 8And last of all—as to the untimely birth—He also appeared to me, 9for I am the least of the apostles, who am not worthy to be called an apostle, because I persecuted the Assembly of God, 10and by the grace of God I am what I am, and His grace that [is] toward me did not come in vain, but I labored more abundantly than they all, yet not I, but the grace of God that [is] with me; 11whether, then, I or they, so we preach, and so you believed.

Ephesians 2:4-10

4but God, being rich in kindness, because of His great love with which He loved us, 5even being dead in the trespasses, made us alive together with the Christ (by grace you are saved), 6and raised [us] up together, and sat [us] together in the heavenly [places] in Christ Jesus, 7that He might show, in the ages that are coming, the exceeding riches of His grace in kindness toward us in Christ Jesus, 8for by grace you are saved, through faith, and this [is] not of yourselves—[it is] the gift of God, 9not of works, that no one may boast; 10for we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus on good works, which God prepared before, that we may walk in them.

1 Thessalonians 4:13-18

13And I do not wish you to be ignorant, brothers, concerning those who have fallen asleep, that you may not sorrow, as also the rest who have no hope, 14for if we believe that Jesus died and rose again, so also God will bring with Him those asleep through Jesus, 15for we say this to you in the word of the LORD, that we who are living—who remain over to the coming of the LORD—may not precede those asleep, 16because the LORD Himself, with a shout, with the voice of a chief-messenger, and with the trumpet of God, will come down from Heaven, and the dead in Christ will rise first; 17then we who are living, who are remaining over, will be snatched up together with them in [the] clouds to meet the LORD in [the] air, and so we will always be with the LORD; 18so, then, comfort one another with these words.

Revelation 22:10-21

10And He says to me, “You may not seal the words of the prophecy of this scroll, because the time is near. 11The [one] being unrighteous—let him be unrighteous still; and the filthy—let him be filthy still; and the righteous—let him do righteousness still; and the holy—let him be holy still. 12Behold, I come quickly, and My reward [is] with Me, to render to each as his work will be; 13I am the Alpha and the Omega—the Beginning and End—the First and the Last. 14Blessed are those washing their robes that the authority will be theirs to the Tree of Life, and they may enter into the city by the gates; 15and outside [are] the dogs, and the sorcerers, and the whoremongers, and the murderers, and the idolaters, and everyone cherishing and doing falsehood. 16I, Jesus, sent My messenger to testify to you these things concerning the assemblies; I am the root and the offspring of David, the radiant morning star! 17And the Spirit and the bride say, Come! And he who is hearing—let him say, Come! And he who is thirsting—let him come; and he who is willing—let him take the water of life freely. 18For I testify to everyone hearing the words of the prophecy of this scroll, if anyone may add to these, God will add to him the plagues that have been written in this scroll, 19and if anyone may take away from the words of the scroll of this prophecy, God will take away his part from the Scroll of Life, and out of the holy city, and the things that have been written in this scroll.” 20The [One] testifying [to] these things says, “Yes, I come quickly!” Amen. Come, Lord Jesus! 21The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ [is] with all [[the holy ones. Amen.]]
