John 6:43–51
Then Jesus answered and said to them, “Stop grumbling among yourselves. 44 No one is able to come to Me unless the Father – the One having sent Me – may draw him; and I will raise him up at the last day.
It stands written in the prophets, ‛And they will all taught be by God.’ So everyone hearing and having learned from the Father comes to Me.
Not that anyone has seen the Father, except the One being from beside the God; this One has seen the Father.
Truly, truly, I say to you, the one continuing to believe in Me has eternal life. 48I am the bread of life. 49 Your fathers ate the manna in the desert, and they died.
This is the bread coming down out of heaven. If anyone may eat of it and may not die spiritually. 51 I, I am the living bread having come down out of the heaven. If anyone may eat of the bread, he will live eternally. And yet, the bread that I will give is My flesh, which I will give in behalf of the life of the world.“
