Markos 1:9-13

9 In those days Yeshua came down from Netzeret, which is in the Galil, and was immersed by Yochanan in the Yarden.
10 Just as he came up from the water, he saw that heaven was opened, and the spirit, like a dove was descending upon him.
11 There was a voice from heaven: "You are my beloved son, in whom I am pleased."

12 Quickly, the spirit brought him out to the wilderness. 13 He was there in the wilderness forty days, and the satan tested him, and he was with the chayot, and the angels attended to him.

Yochanan 1:1-5

1 In the beginning was the word, and the word was with God, and the word was God.
2 He was in the beginning with God.
3 Everything was made to exist through him, and nothing that was made to exist was made to exist except by him.
4 There was life in him, and the life was light for the sons of men.
5 The light shone in the darkness, and the darkness did not overtake it.
