Song of Songs • Shir Hashirim ch. 8

5 Who is coming out of the desert wilderness,
leaning on her lover?

Under the apple tree I aroused you
and you woke to me
where your mother was in labor,
where she who bore you was in labor.

6 Set me as a seal on your heart,
as a seal on your arm,
for love is strong as death.
Jealousy is cruel as the grave.
Its flashes are flashes of fire,
a flame of God.
7 Many waters cannot quench love,
rivers cannot drown it.
If a man measured love
by all the wealth of his house,
he would be utterly scorned.

The Apocalypse • John of Patmos ch. 22 (2000)

13 I am the Alpha and the Omega, the first
and the last, the beginning and the end.
14 Blessed are they who are washing their robes
so they will have the right to the tree of life
and can enter the city through the gates.
15 Outside will be the dogs and sorcerers
and copulators and murderers and idolators
and everyone who loves to practice lies.

16 I Yehua sent my angel to you
to witness these things to you for the churches.
I am the root and offspring of David
17 the bright star of morning. And the spirit
and bride say, `Come.´ Let you who hear say, `Come.´
Let you who thirst come, and let you who wish
take the water of life, which is a gift.“

18 I give testimony to all who hear
these words of prophecy of this book.
If anyone adds to these, then God will add
to them the plagues recorded in this book.
19 If anyone takes away from the words
of this book´s prophecy, God will cut off
their share of the tree of life and the holy
city, those things recorded in this book.
20 And he who witnesses all these things says,
“Yes, I am coming soon.“
Amen, come Lord Yeshua.

21 May the grace of the Lord Yeshua be with all.

Yeshua immersed

9And it happened in those days that Yeshua came from Natzeret in the Galil and was immersed in the Yarden by Yohanan. 10And as soon as he came out of the water, he saw the skies torn open and the spirit like a dove descending on him. 11And there came a voice out of the skies: You are my son whom I love. With you I am well pleased.

Temptation in the desert

12And at once the spirit drove him out into the desert. 13He was in the desert forty days, tested by Satan, and he was among the wild beasts, and the angels attended him.

In the beginning was the word

1In the beginning was the word
And the word was with God,
And God was the word.
2The word was in the beginning with God.
3Through it everything came about
And without it not a thing came about.
What came to be 4 in the word was life
And the life was the light of people
5And the light in the darkness shines
And the darkness could not apprehend it.

1 Corinthians (Korinthians alpha) 15:1-8

Good news of the Mashiah

1Brothers, I remind you of the good news,
Which I have preached to you and you received
In which you stand, 2and by which you are saved
If you hold fast, unless your belief was flawed
With frivolity. 3To you I handed on,
Of supreme range, the news that I received:
The Mashiah died for our sins, as it's said
In Yeshayahu, 4and he was buried and rose
On the third day, as said in Yeshayahu,
5And seen by Kefa, and then by the twelve.

Witnessing the Mashiah

6Later he was seen by more than five hundred
Brothers at once, of whom most of them
Are still alive, but some have gone to sleep.
7And then he was seen by Yaakov and all
The messengers. 8And last of all he was seen
By me who was an aborted child.
