Thomas Matthew (John Rogers)

This version combines the work of William Tyndale (New Testament and Genesis - 2 Chronicles) and Myles Coverdale (remainder of the Old Testament and the Apocrypha) and is considered the real primary version of the English Bible

The name Thomas Matthew is considered a pseudonym of John Rogers (1500?-1555) a close friend of William Tyndale and the first martyr in the Marian persecution.
