This is the first printing of the New Testament in Iñupiat. The translator was Roy Ahmaogak, a Presbyterian. North Alaskan Eskimo (a.k.a. Western Arctic, or Iñupiat) is an Eskimo-Aleut language and is spoken by the Barrow Eskimos, who live above the Arctic Circle.
