Five Clergymen

The five clergymen in this project were George Moberly (1803-1885), Bishop of Salisbury in 1869, Henry Alford (1810-1871), Dean of Canterbury in 1857, William G. Humphry (1815-1886) Prebendary of St. Paul's, and Charles J. Ellicott (1819-1905), The Bishop of Gloucester (all served on the committee that produced the English Revised Version of 1881) and John Barrow, Principal of St. Edmund Hall. John Barrow did not participate in the revision of Galatians, Ephesians, Philippians, and Colossians.
