The Catholic Public Domain Version (CPDV) is translated by Ronald L. Conte Jr. The CPDV follows the Vulgate of Popes Sixtus V and Clement VIII. The Challoner revision of the Douay-Rheims Bible is used as a guide. The CPDV is not approved by the Catholic Church.
